Are you trying to find the forthcoming FREE Home Depot Kids Workshop Kit? I have always looked forward to the first Saturday of every month because it was my mommy-daughter date at the Home Depot kids workshop. As I grab my coffee and my two young children get their hammers and paintbrushes, we collaborate to build whatever the kids' workshop has determined is the project of the month.
Young people like learning new skills, and Home Depot has long been a leader in teaching them through its Free Kids Workshops. The availability of free in-person seminars with the opportunity to purchase monthly kits for home construction is widespread once more.
For children aged 5 to 12, Home Depot's Free Kids Workshop kits are the best option. While teaching youngsters how to create useful and instructional projects, these how-to kits place an emphasis on tool safety. They will gain useful skills through activities like gluing and hammering. Your help will enable your child to create something that they may use, display, or give as a gift.
And it's totally free!
Home Depot will keep hosting its kid-friendly events on the first Saturday of each month. In May 2022, workshops were once more held in person; however, pick-up is still an option.
HOME DEPOT KIDS WORKSHOP KITS- PARENTS REVIEW
Due to their extensive marketing expertise, Office Depot is aware that it is challenging for customers to leave their store without completing a purchase. Getting you inside is all they need to do to make a sale, whether it be for a lovely plant, a brand-new light, or something you might actually require.
You still leave with a new sprinkler even if the Home Depot Kids Workshop is free, let's face it. The store's monthly kids workshops offer you and your child the chance to work together, take joy in a job well done, and even establish trust (watch out for mommy's fingers with that hammer!). The exception to this is stupid gardening tools.
What to anticipate during a Kids Workshop at Home Depot
A picture frame, a wooden race vehicle, and a rocket ship pencil box were recently completed crafts. Each project includes all required materials as well as detailed instructions. If the project calls for screwdrivers or tack hammers, there are usually enough available for loan. Children also receive a tiny orange apron and a remembrance pin.
When to go
Drop-in locations can be found throughout Seattle's Eastside and on the first Saturday of each month. Review your store's schedule and register online for your location. Supplies are not promised unless you pre-register. To learn about other family-friendly events, activities, news, and travel, sign up for Seattle's Child mailings.
How to participate
You can build your creation on an open area of the floor after checking in to retrieve your supply bag. A young child will hammer for around 10 minutes while a parent reads the instructions for most crafts. Give older kids extra time if they want to manage the instructions and complete the project on their own.
Free (other than whatever you buy at the store while you’re there, of course.) After finishing your project, proudly pin the month's craft to your child's apron. Since all of your new workshop crafts will quickly take over your toy box, you might also want to stop by the storage aisle to pick up some shelving materials.

On the first Saturday of each month, there are workshops for children. My youngest kid joined me when she was about two and a half years old, and I started taking my older daughter when she was three years old. The child and the number of kids you can manage at once truly determine how it works. It's a great idea for parent-child outings, especially for those whose free time is more constrained during the workweek.
